		<description>And there&#039;s really no incentive for them to make *good* decisions if there are no consequences.  If companies get bailed out, it&#039;s not really capitalism.

Of course, I think pure free market is not the best way to deal with things... But inconsistent favoritism is not either. And that&#039;s what this seems like.</description>
